Cara is a leading voice in the field of neurodiversity coaching and the CEO of Neuro Directions Ltd, where she combines leadership, innovation, and lived experience to drive systemic change. As someone with lived experience of ADHD and dyslexia, and a qualified coaching psychologist and researcher, she brings deep expertise and knowledge in neuro-differences. 

Currently completing her PhD in Green Criminology, Cara integrates cutting-edge research with practice, advancing understanding of social justice, systemic bias, and neuro-inclusion. She has guided countless individuals to greater self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful action through her systemic contextual coaching model, which considers the interplay of mind, body, family and friends, community, and the environment. 

Recognised for her leadership in shaping inclusive practice, Cara is a professional member of the British Psychological Society (Division of Coaching Psychology) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
