Created alongside NeuroKind's advisory board, The NeuroKind assessment is a two-step process that starts with a simple self audit questionnaire. The results of this audit will give each company a NeuroKind rating (Bronze, Silver or Gold), followed by a pathway of easily actionable next steps and recommendations to ensure organisations can continually improve while measuring their progress.
In order to give organisations all they need to develop and maintain a neuro-friendly workplace, NeuroKind companies will also receive: The NeuroKind Neurodiversity in the Workplace Guidebook, NeuroKind's Employee Work With Me Passport and NeuroKind's Different Together Workplace Policy Pact.

NeuroKind Live Event Assessment

NeuroKind Pricing
We believe being a NeuroKind company should be affordable for all. That is why we have created low cost accreditation fees for any size of organisation. Please note that nurseries and schools have fees capped at tier two, while charities, CICs, NHS Trusts, universities and places of higher education are capped at tier three.
There is a tiered sign-up fee for all companies to pay for the first year of their NeuroKind certification. This onboarding cost is to be paid in addition to the annual accreditation fee. From year two onwards, organisations will only pay the annual accreditation fee.
Payments can be made via card or invoice. Upon payment, organisations will be sent the NeuroKind assessment.
