Emma is co-founder of neurodiversity coaching specialists ATTUNED Approach. She has spent over 25 years working in Norfolk schools, mostly as a SEND teacher and adviser. An ex-therapeutic foster carer, before setting up ATTUNED approach, Emma has spent the last eight years working as a self-employed therapist, coach, trainer and education consultant specialising in neurodiversity. Emma has two adult neurodivergent sons and was diagnosed with ADHD herself in 2023.
