Nellie Allsop (they/them) is an experienced trainer and consultant with a background spent working for one of the UK's leading autism charities. As a late diagnosed autistic person, Nellie has an understanding of the number of issues autistic adults face in the workplace and works hard to improve understanding of, and foster curiosity around, autistic experiences at organisations such as Ubisoft and UK Parliament. Their consultancy work has involved sharing their insights with organisations such as Amazon and the National Autistic Society. Outside of the corporate sector, Nellie is heavily involved in training health and social care staff around autism and has worked with numerous nurses, doctors and other medical and social care staff to improve their understanding of autism. Outside of work, Nellie is an official Notion Ambassador and can be found messing around on a stage in the Norwich improv comedy scene.
